Acting for a significant Australian based property investment fund on the acquisition of a circa $100m portfolio of Woolworths Supermarkets located throughout New Zealand, comprising complex due diligence investigations, negotiating five new Woolworths leases, and related acquisition financing.
Acting for Broadway Property Group on significant property developments throughout Auckland.
Acting for Southern Cross Healthcare on various aspects of its property portfolio and developments.
Acting for an Australian based private equity firm in the hospitality sector on the acquisition of multiple iconic New Zealand Holiday Parks and hospitality assets.
Acting for Burger Fuel on New Zealand wide leasing matters.
Administering the legal aspects for the commercial leasing portfolio of real estate developers.
Advising on subdivisions, unit title developments and complex title arrangements.
Undertaking property due diligence on corporate transactions.
Drafting development management agreement and property management agreements.
Advising on development and real estate finance transactions.
