She previously worked at Deloitte, where she specialised in tax law and compliance matters with a focus on transactions tax and financial services.

Advising the shareholders of Cardinal Logistics on the sale of the company to an investment consortium led by Koau Capital.
Advising on the due diligence aspects of mid-market mergers and acquisitions.
Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and corporate governance documents.
Advisory on the Companies Act 1993 and associated compliance matters.
Advising on corporate finance and banking transactions.
