Honoria is a Senior Associate in our Property and Projects team, specialising in commercial leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, development projects, complex due diligence, subdivisions and unit title developments.
Prior to joining the firm, Honoria worked at leading law firm in London, where she regularly acted for major housebuilders on market leading and complex development projects and for national retail brands in relation to their commercial property portfolios and leasing matters.
- Advising publicly listed UK housebuilders on all aspects of their mixed use and residential complex development schemes, spanning from site acquisition, negotiation of forward funded development agreements and bulk disposals to multi-national private rented sector housing providers.
- Advising two of the UK’s largest housebuilding and urban regeneration developers on their joint-venture development in East London on its delivery of 4000 new homes and a new railway station.
- Advising a major developer in respect of its joint venture with Transport for London and acting on numerous large-scale public/private sector development schemes to be delivered by the joint venture throughout the West London region, including advising on site acquisitions and set up which will deliver up to 1200 homes.
- Acting for national retail brands in relation to all aspects of their commercial property portfolios, from both a landlord and tenant perspective, in respect of leasing matters and redevelopment in connections with the construction of substantial food store sites.
- Acting for developer clients on all aspects relating to the letting and disposals of commercial premises across various mixed-use development schemes, notably including disposals to anchor tenants such as Starbucks, Asda and Lidl.
- Advising a number of landowner and development clients in connection with Promotion Agreements, Option Agreements and Conditional Sale Agreements for significant residential and commercial schemes.
- Acting for a NZX listed company in relation to the substantial expansion of its broad portfolio of commercial properties across New Zealand, including by acquisition and leasing, and advising on development matters.
- Acting for a prominent charitable trust with significant land holdings in the Auckland and Wellington areas in relation to all aspects of its commercial and industrial property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing and matters, notably in respect of its acquisition of large landholdings from the Crown under the Public Works Act 1981 and providing general landlord and tenant advice.
